Colorized version of the Sunday strip from April 11, 1971 published as part of the Classic Peanuts series.

Classic Peanuts is the name of Peanuts re-run strips begun in 2000 as the original comic was ending. Charles M. Schulz announced his retirement in late 1999 and the final daily strip was published January 3, 2000 followed by the final Sunday strip on February 13. Peanuts syndicator United Feature Syndicate began offering reprints the day that the original content ended, with almost all newspapers continuing to publish the comic. United's successor company Universal Uclick has continued Classic Peanuts in print and online and in 2015 began the reprint series Peanuts Begins.
