Tiffany Billings is a former child actress who provided the voice of Lucy van Pelt in the Worlds of Wonder Snoopy tapes for the talking Snoopy doll in 1986, and in Snoopy!!! The Musical in 1988.
In 1990, Billings appeared as herself in the Peanuts television documentary special, You Don't Look 40, Charlie Brown.
She is currently a choreographer.
